In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to refund any unutilized subscription fees. Any obnoxious or irrelevant use of this site will itself disqualify one to continue to be member of Shaadeeghar.com. You will have no claim for the Refund of any fees already deposited by you in this regard.
Non-Commercial Use by Members: The Shaadeeghar.com is limited for the registered members for their own usages and further onwards commercial use of this side will disqualify the member to be in membership p of this site. Any member who has commercial membership will have a right to use it commercially but subject to policies of this site which are variable from time to time by the management.
Other Terms of Use by Members:

It will be their personal communications and any violation thereof or grievance to one party from other party will be their own issue for which aggrieved may take a legal action. Shaadeeghar.com will have no concern at all in any such dispute.
The members hereby understand and agree that Shaadeeghar.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of Shaadeeghar.com violate this Agreement or that might be offensive, unlawful, or that may infringe the rights, damage, or threaten the safety of either Shaadeeghar.com or its members.
The premium members shall be entitled to view only limited verified contact numbers depending on the type of membership they have availed of. For example, the maximum number of verified contact numbers, which can be viewed by (a) Gold Membership 40 (b) Diamond Membership - 60 and (c) Platinum Membership - 80 .

Jurisdiction
If any dispute arises through using this site and/or the other offline service, you agree unconditionally that all such differences /conflicts / disputes will be run by the laws of Pakistan and exclusively entertained in the jurisdiction of the Competent Courts at Islamabad, Pakistan only.
